This Legal Notice governs the use of the website allinhome.app and the mobile application All In Home, owned by Delfor Massimiliano Bonifacio.

Browsing the website and using the application grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of use.

3. Service description

All In Home is a digital platform for managing residential communities that allows neighbours to communicate, manage incidents, post notices, organise events and access their community's services.

Access to the platform is restricted to users invited by each community's administrator. Public registration without a prior invitation is not permitted.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The website and mobile application, including but not limited to their programming, design, logos, texts, graphics and other elements necessary for their operation, are the property of Delfor Massimiliano Bonifacio or, where applicable, are used under licence or express authorisation from their authors.

All content is protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of such content without the express authorisation of the owner is expressly prohibited.

5. Terms of use

The user agrees to make appropriate use of All In Home's content and services and not to use them to:

Distribute unlawful, violent, obscene or discriminatory content.
Introduce viruses or any other computer system that could cause damage.
Access other users' accounts or unauthorised systems.
Infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of liability

Delfor Massimiliano Bonifacio is not responsible for:

Content published by users within the platform, which is the sole responsibility of whoever publishes it.
Damages arising from misuse of the platform by third parties.
The continued availability of the service, which may be interrupted for technical or maintenance reasons.
Links to third-party websites included on the platform, the content of which is the responsibility of their respective owners.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
